WPPI diversifies renewable energy portfolio

WPPI is reorganizing its power supply portfolio and diversifying its renewable energy portfolio.

WPPI has signed an amendment to the power purchase agreement with Butler Ridge, LLC, a subsidiary of Babcock & Brown, agreeing to purchase 20 megawatts (MW) of renewable energy from the Butler Ridge Project. In order to diversify its renewable portfolio, WPPI is discussing a purchase of 30 MW of renewable energy from a wind farm being constructed in Iowa. Read More

Board of Directors approves building expansion plan
